The apartment was extremely clean and tidy and close to shops & cafes

Liked:The property was located close to the cathedral and main town, excellent tapas bars were also close by. The a/c’s in the lounge & bedroom were very new and much appreciated. Parking was in a nearby underground car park which cost approximately €20/night and a side road opposite the apartment was handy to be able to park briefly for loading the car

Disliked:The wooden floor had many gaps between the joints which could cause splinters, the lower shower rose needs a washer as it leaks badly. Some of the chairs in the lounge had screws missing from the legs which made them unsafe

Located in the heart of Almeria, it was very convenient to enjoy being out and about

Liked:It was perfect for my short trip. Conveniently located in the heart of Almeria city, shops, market, beach, train and bus stations all at a short walking distance. Loads to explore nearby, simply perfect.

A week in Almeria

Liked:Apartment was well equipped, excellent location, close to all the sights, local bars and shops.

Disliked:The flooring throughout the apartment is badly damaged due to a previous flooding or badly laid. There were pieces of the flooring missing with several very sharp splinters. I cut my foot on one of these sharp pieces. The first two days there was noise from an apartment downstairs which was being refurbished. I feel we should have been advised of this prior to arrival. Once we had the instructions on how to enter the property we never heard or saw any staff. I had a query towards the end of the week and had no reply until I got home.
