Well located with a fantastic location right in the heart of the old town.

Room Quality6.8

The first room was tiny, mouldy, and lacked basic necessities like a coffee machine, and the second room had safety concerns.

Rooftop pool is a nice feature, but amenities could be improved like availability of glasses and wine openers.

Perceived as poor value due to the small, noisy rooms and additional parking costs.

Beautiful small hotel, with some room for improvement, but nice place

Liked:Great location, near to public parking garage and restaurants, ciudad vieja, friendly staff, nice views from rooftop terrace

Disliked:Breakfast can be improved, eggs were cold, no fresh orange juice, buffet breakfast put up in a rather small room, only 4 sunbeds on rooftop pool area

Great hotel, well located.

Liked:Love staff, especially Serena Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location.

Disliked:Deck needs attention desperately. Breakfast room is very badly planned out. The Spa needs handrails into the pools and a clock. Never did work out how to operate the top shower

Very comfortable room, excellent staff, delicious breakfast

Liked:Very helpful staff and lovely breakfast with everything you would want. Not only that but you have your breakfast with a view that is just superb – you see constitution Square and the fortifications on the hill behind it. Lovely rooftop deck with small pool for those hot afternoons.
