Somewhat disappointing

Liked:Friendly staff. Subpar breakfast for a free hotel breakfast. Lobby and elevators not very clean, not sure either was cleaned during my 5 night stay. Room appeared clean but could see all the crud under the dishwasher and sink when sitting at the desk. Been awhile since the fridge was pulled out to clean under/behind. Only had to smash two possible roaches on the floor in the kitchenette.

Liked:Bed was comfortable, pillows are kind of lumpy.

Disliked:Dishwasher alarm was going off when we entered the room but the desk clerk quickly reset it.

Checking in and hotel not disclosing no hot water

Liked:Booked hotel about three months in advance. Arrived and checked in at the hotel with no problem. Two and half hours later found out through other guests that there had been no hot water for two days at this site. Front desk clerk stated I could get a refund due to circumstances. Hiltons booking company advised four days later this reservation was non-refundable and gave a credit to use within 120 days. Would not advise this site as they were still allowing guests to check in knowing there was no hot water.
