Disliked:Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with several issues during my stay. The self-service laundry located upstairs was extremely noisy throughout the night, including at approximately 1:09 a.m. I contacted the hotel and asked if the laundry could be closed during the night, as the noise was disturbing guests who were trying to sleep. I was told that this could not be done. I understand that the hotel provides laundry facilities, but the primary purpose of a hotel is to provide guests with a comfortable and quiet place to rest. Allowing guests to use noisy laundry facilities during the early hours is very disruptive. In addition, the water pressure in the shower was very low, which made it difficult to use the shower properly. Finally, I specifically requested a wake-up call at 6:00 a.m. because I had an early flight. Unfortunately, I never received the wake-up call, which was particularly concerning given the importance of being awake on time for my flight. Overall, these issues significantly affected my stay and my ability to rest before traveling. I would appreciate an explanation of how these issues will be addressed and what can be done to prevent similar problems for future guests.
