Liked:The staff members are excellent, and the location is conveniently close to the Haram.

Disliked:The room is quite compact for four adults, and there isn't a designated prayer area within the hotel.

Best trip!

Liked:The hotel was amazing they were always on hand to help if we needed anything, Raham at the front desk was exceptional and trying to make us comfortable and Sohail made sure our room was perfect for us at all times. It was an amazing few days and we will go back knowing to only book at hayah al masi the service was outstanding!
