The stay was decent. At least I got my deposit back.

Disliked:The room curtain didn’t work. Wood shelf above the window was broke and looked like it could fall at any moment. Not all lights worked in the room. Sink was cracked. Looks like a child attempted to repair some wall damage, not done well.

Convenient location unfortunately traded off with the size and quality of various facilities

Liked:The location was very convenient to a lot of major destinations we had on the trip (>30 minute drive to Plano, Frisco, Dallas, and McKinney). The staff were incredibly helpful and kind as well. The breakfast options were diverse and appetizing.

Disliked:The room was way too small for our family of three, and there were very limited facilities within the room. We were also located next to the elevator on the second floor, which was irritating when we were trying to sleep or conduct business in peace. The breakfast room was crowded and incredibly claustrophobic, and the singular waffle machine made the wait times longer. The restroom also did not have an exhaust fan, which was quite unpleasant.
