Staff, cleanliness, ambience all TOP NOTCH!

Liked:The hotel and staff are top-notch! Clean rooms, excellent service, and beautiful decor make you feel like you're living in the lap of luxury. Mary, the hotel operator, is the most polite and expedient person I've dealt with in a long time; she went above and beyond for me when I couldn't locate my folio receipt. To the hotel manager: You've got a good one there, do whatever it takes to keep Mary happy!
