Please note that children up to 5 years old enjoy free meals. Children 6–8 years old are charged 50% of the meal price. Children 9 years and older will be charged the adult price. Please note that guests must meet the weight and height requirements of 35–70 kilograms and 155–190 centimetres to use the zip line. Parental consent is required for guests under 18 years old upon entering the Adventure Park. Minimum height requirements range from 120 centimetres for the low rope course and from 155 centimetres for the high rope course. Children below 1.2 meters are not permitted to enter the wave pool. Wearing a life jacket is a must. All bookings made from 1 October 2025 onwards will include our complimentary New Year’s Gala Dinner as part of the room rate, ensuring a memorable festive celebration with our signature hospitality. Please note that all guests need to provide a valid passport or UAE national ID at check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
