Liked:Dear Jannah Burj Al Sarab Hotel Management, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel and, more importantly, to raise a serious complaint concerning an incident that occurred during my stay. I booked a room at your hotel from 27 August to 31 August, Room 1413. Overall, my stay was good; however, unfortunately, I experienced a very disappointing and unacceptable incident that negatively affected my experience. During my stay, my car remained parked in the hotel’s parking area and was not driven or moved outside the hotel premises. The car was parked and handled by the hotel’s valet parking attendant. Upon collecting my vehicle, I noticed that a part of the car was missing. After inspecting the vehicle, it became clear that the car had been involved in an impact, which resulted in the front part of the vehicle being broken/damaged. Since the vehicle had remained in the hotel parking area throughout my entire stay, I am extremely concerned about how this incident occurred while the vehicle was under the hotel’s care. I kindly request that the hotel management review the CCTV footage covering the parking and valet area during the entire period of my stay and conduct a proper investigation to determine what happened and who was responsible for the damage. This incident has caused me significant emotional distress, inconvenience, and financial loss, particularly because the damaged part was not readily available in local shops, and I faced considerable difficulty in finding a replacement. I have attached a photo of the damaged/missing part for your reference. I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and request that the necessary action be taken after reviewing the CCTV footage and investigating the incident. I also expect the hotel management to provide me with a clear explanation and appropriate resolution regarding the damage caused to my vehicle while it was under the hotel’s responsibility.

Excellent. Service was excellent throughout.

Liked:Very clean. Very modern. Easy to get find. Very good breakfast. The whole team was brilliant especially Bikash who helped maintain our room. And Mohammed Ali hepled with our car and luggage. Thannnnk u to all staff.

Disliked:Checking out took too long due to how busy they were on friday morning with new people checking in.
