Great value for money

Liked:The property was brilliant value for money. The breakfast was everything you’d expect and access to the gym and spa facilities was great. We stayed for one night and found the room comfortable and clean. For just over £100 for the night we were really pleased.

Disliked:Our king sized bed only had 2 rather flat pillows provided, having a few more on the bed would have made the nights sleep more comfortable.

A real home from home, with fabulous leisure facilities

Liked:Great location for me (I was visiting on business) the Aberdeen Altens Hotel is welcoming, comfortable, very well maintained and has excellent leisure facilities - a great gym, pool and sauna and excellent dining room and bar areas. But most importantly my room was superb, tastefully decorated, well equipped and with a brilliant bed and bedding / pillows, in an end of corridor location, ensuring a fantastic nights sleep, night after night.

Disliked:There’s nothing to not like.

was there for a 50th birthday party and enjoyed my stay room was basic but met my needs.

Liked:we never had breakfast and we did not use the pool but it was nice to know that they were there if you wanted to use them.

Disliked:nothing it was all good- a lovely stay -the hotel was lovely and quiet as well no banging doors or noise from other guests .

Important Information

Children under the age of 5 enjoy breakfast free of charge. For children between 6 and 12 years old, breakfast costs GBP 5. For children 17 years old, breakfast costs GBP 12. Prices are per child per day. Please note children are welcome to use the leisure facilities, but those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult must be in the pool with them and a maximum of two children per adult. Pool opening times for children under 16 are Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 19:30, Friday – Sunday unlimited. Access to the Health Club and swimming pool are complimentary but not guaranteed, if the pool is at capacity. Please note last entry to the Health & Leisure club is one hour before closing. Children's meals are not included, and additional charges apply, payable to the hotel directly.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
