Our stay was spoiled by no taxi show after booking through hotel.

Liked:Excellent location if using public transport and great breakfast

Disliked:1. No private carpark and the location of taxi pickup point. Taxi booked through hotel but didn't show up. We spoke with Firm who suggested it had been taken by someone else. They did send another one but the whole experience was stressful as we thought we would miss the start of an event we were going to. We did miss sitting with other members of our family. Any booking from hotel should include your name. 2. No USB sockets in room.
