Liked:Normally nice overnight stays, but this time suffering of handling of a complaint

Disliked:Remote control was not working in one of three rooms; we recognized it after 10 pm; hotline could not help; we mentioned the issue at the morning at the reception and via mail; feedbacks: we could have used the remote control of another room/sure 😡/we would run from room to room to switch a channel; batteries are cosumables/means we need to bring every possible battery pack with us to help ourselves - a small offering would have mitigated it
