The incompetence staff provided untrustworthy, unsafe environment. I will never stay with them again.

Liked:The location was close walkable distance from major intersections.

Disliked:-The front desk mixed up their reservations and had booked another person for my room, which meant the new guest had access to my room while I was still residing. After my first night, staff disturbed my time as they knocked on my door and questioned the validity of my stay. Later demanded to see documentations of my reservation when I had already paid in full. This left me feel unsafe to be staying in their hotel and lost all trust in their competence. I was disturbed at the thought of staff giving out keys to my room during my stay. They did not offer any compensation for my distress. -One of the main reason for me to pick this hotel was for the washing machine but they did not allow me to use it. -I did not hang the sign to make up the room but the house keeping had entered my room. The previous night I did not want my room made up so I did not hang any sign and houses keeping had not enter the room so I was shocked to find the house keeping staff had indeed entered my room when I did not request it. -When I did ask for the room to be cleaned, only garbage and towels were replaced, not the bed sheets or pillow cases. I was suprised to see the bed made without new beddings. -The standard of cleanliness is below par. There were consistent hint odour of bathroom drain(sewage like) in the room, damages to the wallpaper on the walls, and dirty grout in the bathroom tiles. -The place is carpeted which had stains and made the place feel dusty. I will never stay with them again.
