Really lovely stay. I appreciated being able to use the room earlier as l had had a long journey to

Liked:Location lovely and staff very attentive and cheerful. Good choices on the menu. Everything spotlessly clean.

Disliked:Food a little overcooked…may have been pre prepared and on a warmer. Toast in a rack and perhaps a coffee pot would be nice.

Lovely room. Exceptional Afternnon Tea.

Liked:The staff are so incredibly helpful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. This is rare in hotels. Our room was really lovely and very clean. We had an absolutely brilliant Afternoon Tea. Wendy was very helpful and another lady who got us green tea bags for the room.

Disliked:Didn’t really like that the hotel was separate from the restaurant/pub. I thought the room was expensive for one night and didn’t include breakfast. For that price it really should have included breakfast. A fridge would be nice in the too and cold bottled water. I had to go outside to the other building to get cold water.
