Liked:The front desk lady was amazing! I can’t remember her name right now, we checked in around 7pm. She made sure we had a floor level room because my grandma has a hard time with stairs. However, the room was disgusting, one lamp didn’t work, one that did, did not have a lamp shade, the other had a cracked lamp shade, the shower fooor was so dirty I will wait until I get home to shower. The sink area is torn up, the desk is dirty, floor, walls and chair all dirty. There are mattress covers that are clean and I don’t want to unzip them and see what is underneath. The beds are creaky and hard. The pictures on the website are completely misleading!
