Incredible M-lounge, food and service

Liked:We arrived at the hotel pretty tired after a long day and needed a few extra things to get settled for the night. Branden was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The M-lounge at this location is one of the best. Very roomy. The food in the evening is incredible thanks to Chef Sal. Other M-lounges should really take note of how they do the lounge at this location.

Liked:First time staying here and would come back! Brandon at the front desk was exceptional! So helpful, great attitude and happy to be there! Bellman Eric, Fox and Ashley were also exceptional every time! Great job team.

Someone else's blood on the sheets

Liked:Horrible housekeeping and service. When I woke up, I found numerous obvious blood stains on my sheets (not my blood). Disgusting. Aside from lip service from hotel management and Bonvoy corporate, no action was taken. Would not stay there again. Also, as a titanium member, I am really disappointed in Bonvoy's lack of customer service.
