People nice. It was unseasonably hot. Rooms were uncomfortable for sleeping.

Liked:Nice location. Food onsite was good nice patio area

Disliked:Small rooms with twin mattresses that were not good. No AC and the windows had restitution on opening only keeping a bit. Fans given: small cheap plastic. Mine broke twice.

Disappointed.

Liked:The lady on reception was fantastic. Chatty, smiley, welcoming, efficient. By arrangement we were able to check in early as we were there for a birthday celebration and couldn't guarantee getting there before 9pm.

Disliked:My daughter and I arrived as arranged. It was lunchtime and quite busy with diners. We had 3 further guests join us. My daughter went to the bar for menus and told they had stopped serving food despite the fact that they advertise food from 12 to 8.30pm. I questioned this for residents. The outcome yo that was yes they could serve us but we would be waiting 1hr+. This was 1.15pm. My daughter and I had travelled and were hot, thirsty and hungry. Ultimately we went and bought a load of sandwiches from a local bakery. This was the 2nd time this happened to us, so maybe they need to look at how they staff their kitchens and front of house.
