Lovely warm rooms and excellent staff

Liked:Warm and welcoming staff at the reception. Everything seemed clean and though through and the place is full of character. The room was quirky with low beams and had the character of an old coaching Inn which it was. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was very tasty. We had a evening meal in the restaurant which was excellent.

Disliked:The shower was a bit low but that can be forgiven as it is a very old building.

I have been robbed!

Disliked:The property is dated and needs renovating. The continental breakfast is terrible with the sausages being booked to much the skin was hard. The bacon must of been cooked on a radiator. I stay in and around Guildford in a hotel every week and this is the worst place of all.
