Wonderful Family Waterpark Vacation!

Liked:We had a fantastic time! We booked the room with the wolf den for the kids and they LOVED it. It was so cool! The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable! They have “quiet hours” from 11pm-7am to encourage everyone to be able to sleep well, but I think the rooms might be sound proofed cause I never heard anything from around us. The cost of the room included passes for the waterpark. We spent almost all our time at the indoor waterpark. It’s huge and has lots of fun things for the whole family. There was a tad pool area for the littlest kiddos and a huge funnel slide for adults and everything in-between! We didn’t spend too much time in the outside waterpark just because it was still a little chilly. We didn’t do the arcade at all and only ate at the resort a few times. They do have very fast service, the food is just a bit expensive. There are lots of places to eat just outside the resort that are more economical. There’s also another arcade right across the street from the resort with go-karts and a trampoline park. We also didn’t do the MagiQuest experience or any of the activities offered for kids, so I can’t comment on that. Maybe next time. There are so many cool things to do if you want to explore Wisconsin Dells. Highly, highly recommend this location and experience! We will definitely come here again! 😁

Liked:Honestly I don’t think we will go again. It was very expensive and the food was subpar. Had to ask to upgrade our room because the sofa bed was defective and the room above us had kids stomping and wrestling (thought the ceiling was going to cave in) until after midnight and then they started again bright and early at 7:30. They didn’t initially do a hold fee but then did one after we asked to upgrade and then when they charged us for the room, also tried charging us over $119 for we don’t even know. When we asked what it was for they just said “please disregard” luckily my card was locked.

Liked:Tried to do check in ahead of time spent 40 min on it and it never worked. The line is always miserably slow. Room was great. Waterpark bathrooms could use cleaning during the day.
