Liked:Overall, my experience was very mixed. The cleanliness of the guest rooms was very disappointing and I would rate it 0/10. There was visible mold in the bathroom, food and garbage left in drawers, and it did not appear that the room had been vacuumed at all. Because of this, I ended up going to Walmart to purchase my own cleaning supplies and bedding to make the room usable. Housekeeping service also fell short, as staff were not very helpful or welcoming. In contrast, the front desk staff were consistently friendly and professional, which I do want to acknowledge. The breakfast was fairly repetitive with limited options. However, the outdoor pool area was a highlight, especially the kiddie splash pad, and was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel in the first place. As a suggestion, I would recommend stronger room inspections before assigning rooms to guests and improvements to breakfast variety. I did report my concerns to management and was refunded for the cheapest night, but I feel any compensation should have been for the first night, which required me to personally re-clean the room before it was usable. There is definitely potential here, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and housekeeping standards
