Severe Safety Hazard and Irresponsible Management

Liked:DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS. My 6-year-old daughter sustained a serious injury and lost her toenail due to a sharp, unmaintained crack on the pool floor. Management filed an incident report, but now the General Manager is completely ignoring our emails regarding medical liability. They are trying to sweep a child's injury under the rug. Absolutely zero accountability, zero communication, and an unsafe environment. Avoid this place at all costs.
