Best Western+ Worst hotel

Liked:Ugly, Shabby, Worn out, Smells, ice machines do not work, not TV remote, elevator drops, purchased by a Capital Investment firm and they are squeezing the last bit of your money until they tear it down. The photo you see is complete photoshop or AI. Save your money, go elsewhere.

It was conveinently located across from the concert venue.

Disliked:The check in process was extremly slw with two people working. The line to check in was out the front doors.

Convenient location, very tired property and bathrooms.

Liked:Location is very convenient and close to Wake Forrest Campus

Disliked:The bathrooms are very small and the tub was in terrible condition…peeling, no handle bars, very tight..you had to move between the sink and the toilet to open and close the door.
