A very upscale, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff in a great location!!!

Liked:The location in the Waterfront district was excellent. You could walk to The Forks( La Fourche) or Downtown in fifteen minutes. The hotel also had complimentary bicycles for guests which is a great option for outdoors people.

Disliked:There was no in house restaurant but adjacent to the property was a bar/restaurant but it did not serve breakfast.

Liked:Property was beautiful, comfy.

Disliked:Other guests were terrible, screaming and yelling all hours of the night, called the front desk multiple times but these girls wouldn’t quiet down (my opinion they should have been told to leave the premises) Also paid for parking but still got a parking ticket as my licence plate wasn’t on file (which it was) All in all things were handled properly and I didn’t get a good sleep.

Fun hotel!

Liked:This was a fun and funky hotel with a nice view of the river. We liked our room - it was clean, comfortable and spacious! My only complaint was the front desk staff seemed to be poorly trained and check-in and check-out was slow and annoying.
