Great staff and location, but not a calm and relaxing place to stay.

Liked:Location was good - very friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked:This is partially a residential facility. There was a great deal of noise at night, plus the presence of security guards in the hallways. The whole ambiance was offputting, with the sense that one was in more of a rooming house than a hotel.
