It was very good close to getting shuttle. I did previously stated the shower was not good.

Liked:We were able to get an up grade to a king suite with no problem.

Disliked:The shower was not great I think they can be replace at least in the room we had room 5353

Liked:You can't beat the price and location of the hotel! The staff were great to explain things to us and suggesting things for my young kids. Pool and free breakfast were an added bonus.

Disliked:Pull out couch was fine for a 5 and 8 year old, but it's in rough shape.

Great Stay.

Liked:The location was great. It was a perfect place to stay when visiting Colonial Williamsburg. The front desk recommended that we order dinner from Sal's, which was delivered to the hotel. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, and delivery was very quick.
