Cancellation

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in. Guests under the age of 25 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian. A key deposit in cash is required upon check in. Please note, only registered guests are allowed at the property. Please do not arrive with additional people at check-in; reservations doing so will not be honored. Reservations, deposits, and payments are not transferable. Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will result in forfeit of payment. The property will not accommodate parties, large gatherings, prom and senior week rentals. Please note, it is 1 parking space per reservation. Trailers cannot be accommodated at this property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
