I’m looking for more of an upscale hotel. This is not it.

Disliked:The Madison had 2 buildings that aren’t connected. No one was at the blue building where my room was. No towels at pool and when I called the front desk I was asked to come get them. No toilet paper in the room. Pool view but you have to have the door open to the room bc there were no sliding doors or windows to open to see. Room was either freezing and when you turned the air off it was wet and muggy. No water pressure in shower. Smelled like fresh paint. We left a day early and the receptionist said have a nice trip and didn’t ask why we were leaving early.

Liked:It was upscale, the resort took us back and forward to the boardwalk. I look forward to staying again. Hopefully with the rain.

Liked:The pool, hot tub and being on the beach was great

Disliked:The bedroom smelt of cigarettes and weed so my son who has asthma had to sleep on the uncomfortable sofa bed in the lounge. The hotel said it was from the properties behind so offered us a free breakfast as compensation.
