A decent stay with very helpful staff, but the inadequate air conditioning significantly affected the comfort of the roo

Liked:The staff were friendly, helpful, and did their best to make the stay comfortable. The hotel was generally pleasant and well located.

Disliked:The room was too hot, and unfortunately the air conditioning was not cold or effective enough. The staff tried their best to help, but the room remained uncomfortably warm.

Liked:Good location, clean room, properly functioning and quiet AC (it was 38 outside during our stay), extensive and well organized breakfast.

Disliked:The hotel is not bad at all, it's just not a 4* hotel. You can see obvious signs of budget cuts everywhere, like for example instant coffee instead of a coffee machine in the room, lonely little bottle of water next to the small fridge which used to be a minibar, very low-power ventilator in the bathroom, so you are not able to use mirrors any time soon after taking a shower. What needs to be mentioned separately - by far the worst WI-FI I ever seen in hotels or rental apartments. None of the above is extremely important but unfortunately altogether not helping to create a "star-hotel" impression.

Average business experience, location is great

Liked:Standard business-style hotel close the train station (5 minutes' walk). Clean room, hot shower, TV worked, A/C worked, bed was OK comfort-wise. Hotel Staff courteous. Quiet at all times, no issue sleeping. I had two bookings, the first of which I booked incorrect dates and had to cancel. I never received a confirmation via email for either stay or for the cancellation, which was annoying. Even though I spoke with the company confirming the cancellation, upon arrival the hotel said I had two reservations and gave me grief and acted like they were doing me a favor by cancelling the original booking for which I should have been charged all nights as a cancellation fee. I had booked directly through the hotel's website, too, not a third-party website. This company needs to fix this and make sure confirmation emails are being sent to their customers. Other than that administrative error, recommended given the location to the trains station and the close proximity to many restaurants, parks, etc.
