Liked:Close to where reason for visit

Disliked:Staff- everything promised verbally through previous phone conversation before booking was false Front desk at time of check in wanted to see our service dog's documents- which is illegal Breakfast was horrible- eggs were over mushy, pancake mix too watered down

Had to leave early and asked for a refund. Was told we needed to get one from booking.com and they were waiting for the

Liked:Very convenient for downtown concerts.

Disliked:The front desk person was more worried about checking people in then out and didn’t take time to explain why we could not get a refund. Come to find out we would not end up getting one and we are out the money.
