Loved this hotel!

Liked:Loved my experience at this hotel the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect so many restaurants and things to do! Brand new hotel loved my stay can’t wait to come back and stay!

Liked:The front desk agent, I believe her name was Laura or Lauren, was exalent. She informed me at check in that the room i had originally booked was not available due to remodeling and had even tried to get us a room at their sister property. Unfortunately there wasnt a kitchenette at the other hotel so she gave me a tour of the rooms she had available and was able to accommodate us with a roll away bed. She gave us extra towels, sheets and blankets. She was extremely pleasant and offered me and my children water bottles and made sure we were happy with our room. The hotel was very nice even with the construction of the remodeling. All the beds were comfortable, shower was nice and i was impressed with the kitchen nook. The sister property provided hot breakfast and their pool and hot tub. Im excited to see the hotel when it is finished.

Disliked:The website did not mention the hotel was under renovation
