Our stay was extremely disappointing and we will never stay at any hotel in the Wyndham chain.

Disliked:Breakfast was absolutely minimal, the worst of any place we’ve stayed when on the road. The bathroom sink needs plumbing, the tub is a disaster waiting to happen; when showering it’s dangerously slippery if you’re elderly. The Hawthorn has to be at least 40 years old and it shows everywhere.

Not like pictures or descriptions. Smelled of smoke & filthy.

Disliked:It was dirty. It just didn’t give me that clean hotel feel. It reeked of cigarettes for being a nonsmoking room & next door was strong marijuana smell coming from next door. I didn’t feel greeted when first getting there. It was def one of the worse stays I’ve experienced in Wichita. Avoid because photos don’t match in person experience. I’d add more pics if I could..

Disliked:The room dad a very musty smell the ceiling fan looked like it was ready to fall from the ceiling the lower bathroom had mold in the corners by the bath tub and neither bathtubs would drain like they should
