A nice hotel, not the best value under new owner.

Liked:Great location for the whole Wichita area with some nice restaurants nearby. Mercedes,Dave and Mike were great in the Courtyard kitchen and dining room. We are grateful for their kindness.

Disliked:A Continental breakfast without juice or tea? Really? It's the new corporate policy, I'm told. Disappointing breakfast menu, under the new ownership. By the way, a better breakfast is free at Hampton Garden Inn on Douglas, and parking is $5/day less. None of this reflects on the staff, who were very nice.

Stay was blighted by cancelation of my booking

Disliked:Booking canceled when I arrived. Hotel was full so no option to stay. Staff did not know why. No authority no initiative and no manager available. Utterly disgraceful.
