Rude encounter by management

Liked:Maintenance staff was excellent.

Disliked:Management staff was discourteous and board line rude. I decided to leave one day early and management would not honor this early departure and barked very rudely that " there are no refunds" I was forced to pay for the full day even though I departed a full day early. I

Lambert inn RUDE HATER

Liked:I liked that since I had reserved the room online, the rude guy had to let me stay. He hates white people and anyone who rides a scooter. Rudest guy I have ever encountered working in customer service.

Disliked:The rude guy would not even let me pay for another day. He just said checkout. And when I asked him if I may ask what I did, he said checkout again. Such a jerk should not be in customer service. I did nothing wrong
