Fort wilderness

Liked:There was a big misunderstanding with accomodations but staff was helpful to rearrange. We like the deluxe cabin with screened in porch.

Disliked:I was extremely upset with the first cabin and asked for the deluxe cabin I reserved online. Only issue in deluxe cabin was quality of TV reception.

Disliked:Couldn’t get the water to get hot in the bath house. Also we had toenails in the window sill

Worst reservation ever

Liked:The man and his wife that were trying to figure everything out we're exceptional! They truly would have been a lot of help if they had anything to work with.

Disliked:Call the night before to verify our reservations and everything was fine. When we got there there was no manager on site nobody was answering the phone, there was somebody on the property screaming yelling hollering I figured we would come back later. We got back about 3:30 and they still didn't have a room / bungalow available. They showed us one and I don't know, a shack in the back would have been better and it was supposed to be a bungalow, it was absolutely ridiculous. At this point they have two other people showed up trying to check in and we're running around bless their hearts trying to figure it all out with nothing to work with. So they showed us a camper trailer that was a work in progress, warned us of a couple of soft spots in the floor to be careful of and told us that they would have the plumbing fixed and a couple of hours but don't go in the bathroom until it is fixed, it hadn't been flushed and over a month. At that point in time I was done. I told him we would not be staying there but thank you so much for trying. By the way the owner or the woman Cindy but supposedly runs this property is on vacation until the 15th and doesn't even care about the shape that the property and the things that she was supposed to be renting out are in. Needless to say I will not be booking here nor will I ever recommend this place.
