We over came the negatives. I submitting this so the next person does not have the same experience.

Liked:Location was great for us

Disliked:I wish I could submit pictures. The stove was filthy, bath towels were bleached out rags. No bath soap, no toilet paper, I had to buy both. I had to buy an extra key so my wife could leave at a different time (I left both on the key ring in the lock. I had to clean the stove top before cooking on it. The can opener was bent and did not work. There was no coffee as shown had to buy it. No detergent as shown, had to buy it.

Nice apartment but didn’t meet cleaning standards expected.

Liked:Location near amenities

Disliked:Unclean, dirty dishes, unkept bed, something stuck to inside bottom of refrigerator. Would’ve overlooked some of the problems but when I notified the owner, they transferred blame to the 3rd party cleaning service and suggested that I should’ve notified them.

Furnished at Goodwill, last cleaned long ago, and they just don't appear to care about their rental.

Liked:The apartment is very nice. I've stayed on this property before. It's a good location, fairly new, everything works as it should. The host has it furnished with the very basics. Everything is super old and tacky, but the basics are there. TV and internet worked. Bed was newish and comfortable.

Disliked:Nearly everything in the apartment could have been better. It is obviously furnished at a thrift store. And not the good thrift store finds. The towels are old and scratchy. The pans are cheap aluminum, warped, and older than me. All decorations are randomly thrown on the wall. The couch is massive and way too large for the space. The attention to detail when cleaning is non-apparent. The dishwasher smells terrible. There were old used shopping bags and a candy wrapper on the floor in the master closet. There was a random robe hanging in the closet, another on the floor next to a garbage bag. The ceiling fans are covered in dust. There is no dishwasher soap. The 2nd bedroom closet has a pile of garbage and an iron sitting on the floor. There's an open bag of diapers. The dryer had a load of towels in it. One kitchen cabinet had 2 used rubber gloves and a used sawzall blade in it. The drawer above had a wire nut and some pills that had long since expired. Everything was a mess. Nothing was clean. It was ugly and not welcoming. And it could be really nice. They just don't appear to care.
