Perfect for what I needed!

Liked:No frills and just a nice hot shower and comfy bed after a long day of hiking. Felt comfortable as a solo female and parking was easy and the kitchen was fully equipped. Extremely grateful for keeping prices affordable even during peak season since I wouldn’t have been able to afford the trip otherwise.

Disliked:I’m sure the place has seen better days but still all I needed for two nights. Walls are thin, making it hard to get up to make coffee and breakfast in the early hours.

Liked:Honestly, the place is cute, spacious, and has the potential to be a lovely art gallery-style accommodation. The facilities are also good. However, the first and biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. The room was not clean at all. The bedsheets made my skin feel extremely itchy, and when I wiped them with a wet wipe, it came away covered in black stains. I woke up the next morning feeling itchy all over my body. It’s such a shame because the place itself has so much potential, but cleanliness is a basic expectation, especially when it comes to bedsheets and bedding. Unfortunately, this experience really affected my stay.

this is not a fake review it's real this place is nice to stay

Liked:I would go bad and I plan on going back to stay there I am telling people at work and telling customers it was comfortable there and beautiful outside I love the old town feeling and the food out there was amazing and the drunk was so cool it looked like it was a bank or something back in the old days Whitefield New Hampshire nice place to stay so yes I would stay at art gallery one hundred times over any day

Disliked:Everything about the art gallery I like that I saw old cassette tapes on the wall that was awesome it's a nice cute place the beds are comfortable everything is good there it's nice and cozy they have all the necessities you need the neighborhoods really nice all the artwork is beautiful whoever did it

We will definitely be back when we visit next year. Totally satisfied with the hostel.

Liked:We were visiting New Hampshire to go hiking and the hostel was much more affordable than the area motels and hotels. The hostel was in a historic building, very clean with a kitchen and lounge area as well as 2 bathrooms (1 shower). The rooms were basic but comfortable. There is a Dunkin Donuts across the street as well as a Cumberland Farms.

Disliked:Another shower would have been great but we didn't need to wait too long. Hooks in the bedrooms to hang towels would be nice.
