Comfortable and clean but breakfast not great

Liked:Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Hot water and well equipped rooms.

Disliked:It’s very noisy, sounds like trucks are going to come through the room. We were moved to lower floor which was quieter. Bedside lights didn’t work and very creaky bed. The breakfast was poor for a boutique hotel. Government bread in this day and age is unacceptable, awful cheap, sugary jam, horrible self service coffee. Unappetising eggs.. we only had breakfast twice and found alternatives for the other two days.

Liked:Spacious and neat rooms with all the amenities you need. Nespresso machine and decent sized fridge was a bonus. Convenient location for restauarants. Great bedding. Parking close to room.

Disliked:The rooms are anything but soundproof. You can hear everything on top floor and outside, from toilets flushing, beds squeeking, people talking, cars and traffic, etc Check-in was a bit unorganized with our reservation
