May choose somewhere else next year.

Liked:I liked the view this time out of our room

Disliked:I felt the room was very small for the upgraded room that I had to afforded. I come every year for a conference. The text message system asking how what i wanted prior to my stay did nothing. I was not happy with cost of rm vs what we stayed in. Food at the bar was not good.

Great, expensive buffet breakfast at self service style hotel dressed up in fine linens.

Liked:Breakfast was great. Its cost was too high for what you got. Two people should not spend almost sixty dollars to eat buffet style food.

Disliked:My room was never cleaned in the three nights in which I stayed. My garbage cans were overflowing and I ran out of toilet paper. I had to reach out to the front desk for the garbage and the paper. No help in carrying excessive luggage. I am 61 and my mom is 84. It felt like a self serve hotel dressed up in fine linens. The mattresses were too soft. I struggled to sleep well and my back hurt after the second night.
