They had to cancel my reservation. They couldn't accommodate my needs. Elevator not working.

Liked:The associate assisting me demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expressed sincere apologies. He communicated that he was unable to provide a ground-floor room due to full occupancy. Subsequently, he offered a cancellation and waived all associated fees.

Disliked:The elevator was currently out of service, and the lobby appeared to be unkempt. Furthermore, the hotel's overall maintenance seemed to be lacking, and it was equipped with only a single elevator making it impossible for a person with disability to access a room assigned on the third floor.

Liked:The employees were very nice and the rooms were nice size

Disliked:That the beds were hard and they gave u 2 pillows that were flat as pancakes and only 2 of the which wasn't the issue but once they were so flat that after putting both of them together they still didn't match up to make one regular size pillow I will not be staying at this place anymore for the price that they charge u they need to get better bedding and pillows plus they only had coffee from 6 to 10 had no breakfast and there snack machine was empty so u had to leave to find something else where
