Overall a good value for the Money clean everything was the way it should have been

Liked:everything was good I even forgot my phone charger and the person behind the desk had one I could borrow and I returned when I left and checked out everything was good overall and coffee in the morning if you wanted it I used to no problem any questions or answered right away

Disliked:I thought it was kind of weird that a group has a microwave but no refrigerator I would have liked that a little mini for refrigerator because what are you microwaving I mean the food you just got that's not quite hot enough yeah that was that was nice to have that option if needed but it would have been nice be able to have had access to a small 3 cubic foot refrigerator and freezer combo but overall it wasn't bad

Don't book a room here.

Liked:I didn't like anything, I actually never stayed in the room. After asking for a refund 3 times and not getting one, I left and never went into the room.

Disliked:I was offered a room that had a broken lock, so the only way I could enter was to go to the front desk and be "let into the room", when I said that was not acceptable, they offered a room that had a broken bed and a hole in the wall. So much more but not enough room to explain. I am hoping to get a refund somehow.

No hot water kitchenette that doesn't work

Disliked:We have no hot water the stove in the kitchenette doesnt work your paying for a kitchenette so you aren't spending extra money you don't have because your homeless
