Disliked:First room had severe water damage and water leaking in bathroom and under refrigerator. Moved to another room that looked out at the roof and the table legs were falling off .

Clean and comfortable but dated facility

Liked:It met my requirements. Room was very clean and comfortable. Convenient location and free parking

Disliked:Hotel seems dated and overall had a dark atmosphere. Breakfast was the standard "free" hotel type, but if you get there close to ending time you may find the food options limited. Ice machine was a long walk back to the front desk.

Great ... except

Liked:This was our 2nd stay here in 2 years. We chose it because it is in a great location to get into town, particularly if you want to take rapid transit across the street. Rooms are large with separate living and bedrooms and workable kitchens. Rooms are cleaned on alternate days. The exception this visit was the cleaning person tossed everything that was in the bathroom waste basket (tissues, paper and qtips) into the toilet. The first person at the front desk when we called at 9 pm said there was nothing he could do, the cleaning crew went home for the day. Felix then became our hero. He came up, emptied the trash from the bowl right away, and had to graciously plunge the bowl the next morning as a result of the issue of the trash. Outrageous act by cleaning crew, but Felix was responsible, understanding and apologetic.

Very nice room b

Liked:The breakfast was very good and so was the coffee.

Disliked:The area where people took their dogs was pretty bad. A lot of people were not picking up after their dogs! And a lot of cigarette butts all over the ground at that spot.
