Convenient hotel, comfortable bed, broken amenities, adequate service.

Liked:It was available for booking and had late check in. Bed was comfortable.

Disliked:Had to call front desk 4 times before someone answered to confirm I could check in late. Card programming system was down, staff had to let me into my room with a key, and let me back in if I left my room. Mini fridge wasn't working, groceries went bad overnight.

Liked:The housekeeping team and the hotel’s location were probably the highlights of my stay. The housekeeping staff were professional, courteous, and maintained the room to a high standard throughout my visit. The location was also convenient and added significantly to the overall experience.

Disliked:However, I experienced major security concerns and incidents during my visit, which I reported to hotel management. I am patiently awaiting the outcome of their investigation and hope a thorough and transparent review is conducted to restore confidence, ensure accountability, and prevent other guests from experiencing similar situations in the future. The manner in which this matter is handled will significantly influence my overall impression of the hotel and brand.
