Sometimes what you see on a web page is not what you find in person.

Disliked:Room overall cleanses conditions , Hotel' s hallways carpet were dirty and smelly , door electronic lock were not working 100% , hair blower was not working. I understand that for $100.00 per night is not too much to expect for the area but at least a " clean room and clean carpet was expected. My wife and myself were so despaired with the Hotel overall conditions that after 3 hours we did make the decision to drive 4 hours that evening, cancelled the purpose of my trip to West Palm Beach and return back Home. Sorry if we are too honest with my answers.

Disliked:I’m 7 months pregnant was traveling for my baby brothers memorial may he rest in peace with my 2 kids and I verified over the phone a week prior on payments they take I told them I lost my card so I will be paying with another form of payment which mind you I verified what they take a week prior and it was still one of those payments all of a sudden they do not take it the woman was rude they won’t let me speak to a manager my mom slept there and said they changed her room 3 times due to BLACK MOLD in the rooms I ended up sleeping in my car pregnant with my 2 kids being as it was labor Day weekend I couldn’t get another room somewhere else till morning and mind you took my payment method and had no black mold in the room at the new hotel and this one still took my entire payment I have call logs showing where I asked and so on and will be perusing my money back other ways
