We had to go down there for a bad reason. But staying at this hotel was great.

Great option. Highly recommend.

Liked:The room and facilities great! Comfortable. Clean. Lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Location super convenient near dine in theater, food options, and shops, and near the zoo and other towns close by.

Disliked:A bit pricey, but at least I was super happy with it.

Disliked:On Sat and Sunday (3/7 and 3/8), the front desk lady was a bit rude. Asked for towels for the pool and extended my stay a day. She was not very friendly, acted like I was asking for the moon. The Friday evening lady at the desk was very friendly (March 6) Both Friday and Saturday nights were extremely noisy from above me and beside me. It was hard to sleep and very late before my grandkids and I could sleep. I asked for a low floor room because I had grandkids and wanted to respect others in case they were a little heavy on their feet. This is not a hotel problem though, other than poor acoustics.
