Great area. Cute family house with nice pool.

Liked:We loved the pool, yard, garage (an opener or code would’ve been nice) & location. We plan to move to the area so we were house hunting. Gave us a nice feel for what it would be like. Actually was interested in buying except it went pending while we were staying. Owners were very nice/replied fast with any questions/concerns.

Disliked:It was visibly dirty, I agree they need to take that up with their cleaning crew. Didn’t have many supplies to clean it up myself. The master bathroom is nice but very tight. Some of the outlets didn’t work. Toilet for the guest wouldn’t flush unless you held it down. (But again house is pending sale so this is all irrelevant)

Liked:Location, house was well stocked.

Disliked:House could have been a little cleaner, the shower floor was a little grungy in the corners, there was still trash in the bathroom trash can from the previous people. Owners probably need to address this with their cleaner's. I liked the garage but would have been better with a provided remote door opener instead of running in the rain from inside the house.

Liked:Overall, our stay went well and the property served its purpose for our family trip. I shared this feedback directly with the owners, who acknowledged it and said they would look into the areas of concern, which I appreciated. For future guests, here’s a balanced overview: Pros: The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with, even when our arrival time changed unexpectedly due to a soccer try-out. The home is charming and in a great location—less than 10 minutes from the tournament fields and close to everything we needed. The backyard is spacious and well-maintained; it quickly became our favorite spot to relax between games. The pool was a hit with our son and a few teammates, offering a fun and refreshing break. Having a washer and dryer on-site was a huge plus for washing uniforms and towels. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbors we met were friendly.

Disliked:Cons: There was a noticeable odor upon arrival. I always travel with Lysol and air freshener, so we were able to manage it quickly. While the listing mentions a cleaning service, the house was not clean when we arrived. I had to wipe down surfaces in the kitchen, dining area, and bedrooms, and the floors needed attention as well. The propane tank for the grill was empty. We ended up refilling it ourselves at Lowe’s. The bath towels provided were limited in number and low quality, so we purchased our own from Wal-Mart for the weekend. Final Thoughts: This home has a lot of potential and some great features for families, especially those traveling for youth sports events. A few adjustments around cleanliness and amenities would really elevate the experience for future guests.
