Liked:The staff were great. The room was not cleaned very well and during COVID that did not give us much peace of mind. The hotel needs some updaing, mould around 3dge of bathtub, lots of staining on carpets in main areas. Good location though.

Liked:Bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected during covid. No facecloths in bathroom. Air conditioner was blasting and window was open when we arrived.

Must stay for comfortable time

Liked:It was a great and at least could relax about cleaning surfaces and the comfortable bed 🛌 Room size was big and great location Very very friendly and helpful front desk that only staff we deal with. Only a bit noisy with the swimming pool pump running that kept my hubby awake at nite but not me. Great to discover the Glen canyon steps away Definitely going back next season
