Not worth the stay!

Liked:Wow, we were there from a Friday checked out on a Monday never had Housekeeping services even though we notified the front desk each day to please provide service. The toilet wasn’t functioning. We reported it. We came back that night to find a plunger at our door.! The bathroom floor was filthy behind the door. We cleaned it before using the bathroom and we dusted the area around the sink. The front desk staff was lovely but when we told him what our problems were, they just told us they would report it to management. Nothing ever changed.! We have used Hilton hotels a lot in the past, but this was our last experience with Hilton. Shame on them!!

Shame on the Hilton if this is as good as it gets, we will never use another Hilton product again

Liked:Convenience off the road front desk staff were pleasant
Disliked:No Housekeeping service for the three days we were there even though we mentioned it to the front desk they told us they would take care of it. It never happened. Clogged toilet, we told him as we were leaving the room came back to the room that evening the toilet was still clogged with a plunger just sitting outside the door A huge blackout, which was not the hotels fought, but they were very ill prepared. I do believe they need to practice for that type of emergency in the future. The bathroom floor was really dirty behind the door when you closed it It looks like it had not been mopped or cleaned.
