Not a clean hotel

Liked:I would not stay here. I had two rooms (314 & 316) and both had mold in the showers Also, 80% of the breakfast were carbs. Breads, cereal etc. I mentioned this to the staff and they were not surprised, perhaps they heard this from others. No apologies were offered.

Excellent Week-Long Stay, Pet-friendly, EV Chargers

Liked:I really had a nice 8-day stay here. The suites are nice and the kitchens are actually stocked with plates and silverware. It is a one-room suite (not a 2 or 3 as in some hotels) with a curtain you can slide to separate the bed from the living room. Everything is clean and kept up to date. They had a really nice fitness facility where everything worked. The breakfast was nice. The people working were very friendly. It's pet-friendly; I paid $75 as a one-time fee to cover my dog for a 5+ day stay. For my fellow electric car owners, they have four chargers up front including two specifically for Teslas. They are slow chargers (not superchargers) but they cover the costs, which is really nice. I charged my car overnight. My only issue was that some people were parking their non-electric cars in those spots and the hotel management had no way of enforcing the rule to make them move it. Thankfully I was always able to get a charger, but you can get pushed out pretty easily by another self-absorbed traveler! Anyways, I'd definitely like to stay here again. It's not cheap, but it's a good value.

Unclean room

Liked:The kitchen and bathrooms were not clean when I arrive. They were food scraps in the refrigerator and microwave. The toilet was not cleaned properly. When I called to have the room cleaned the next day, it was not done. They also said they would compensate me in someway and that was not done either. Otherwise, the room was large, and had enough space for several guests. But it’s hard to feel comfortable in a room that isn’t clean.

Great service with a smile

Liked:Just completed a 2 month stay. Outstanding hospitality. Great room with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and electric hot plate. Mike, the manager, was the best. Provided us with assistance in setting up our TV gadget. Couldn't have been more helpful. Always a smile and a warm greeting. His staff was also excellent from Roger and Batool at the front desk to Michelle maintaining the dining area. Al of them look to provide whatever assistance they can and always with a warm smile. We stayed here for 2 months last summer and plan to stay here again for 2 months next year. Larry K.
