Liked:The property is great.

Disliked:We were told at the last minute (less than 12 hours) we needed to change our accommodation due to an HVAC issue. This was very stressful and there was no one available to answer the phone to discuss the situation. Supposedly, we were supposed to be comped for the cleaning fee and a discount, but we never received anything.
