Clean and good value for the money.

Liked:Front desk staff was very competent and friendly. They were able to resolves any issues promptly: the grab bar in the bathroom was loose and after I mentioned it at the front desk, it was fixed promptly; we had to extend our stay and staff was able to do that without any hassle.

Disliked:The bathroom: the shower stall could have been cleaner. There were some marks inside the stall, on the floor. And the design could be better. We had a handicap room. Every time we took a shower, the water from the shower stall made the bathroom floor a mess.

it was very pleasant i got very good treatment the front office staff was exceptional

Liked:everything it just need some cosmetic work the ceiling tile was off and the bottom of wall by elevator was peeling off curtain can be taken down n waashed often.

Disliked:just need some cosmetic work the ceiling tile was off and the bottom of wall by elevator was peeling off curtain can be taken down n waashed often.

An amazing stay, but make sure to always ask the staff.

Liked:The property was very nice to stay at. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were spectacular. Overall a great stay.

Disliked:there 2 flaws tho, the second floor’s ice machine was not working while the other floors had ice. I had to constantly go up a floor or done a floor for some ice. The other was that the washer and dryer were out of service for the entire stay there.

Liked:The staff members: Joseph, Amber, Mohammed and Linda were extremely attentive, polite, professional and helpful. All of them really made my stay and I would gladly stay at this accommodation in part because of them. I really appreciate their attention to detail and kindness. It was my first time in the US and I will remember how they made me feel forever. They helped me with anything I wanted or needed. Thank you all so much! Also the hotel was very clean and the cleaning staff were polite. Good gym.

Disliked:The chicken burger served at the restaurant was really poor, I had to send it back, sorry! The sound insulation in the rooms was also not so good.
